I'd be interested in the first sci-fi one.

Do you have a preference for the gender of the character assuming something there is going a romance route? I'm fine with LGBT stuff and write both female and male characters (though I'm honestly more comfortable writing guys) Just wondering what characters of mine I'd be able to use.
I'm a little energy limited right now since my health's been bad and I'm probably trying to juggle too many things at once so I might only be able to get out a few posts a day, so if you're cool with a slower post rate and longer posts, I'd be down.

As for me all my ocs are females and most are terosexual as im Hetrosexual myself so you can pick any of your ocs as long as they are older then eighteen for romance (I can't see a 15 year old being a captain or solider) though my favourite is Rulzek Rivox I find him cute and oddly attractive but you can use any of at all. My oc will be a human female as im new to sci fi

I'll have to pretty much edit any character I use to fit the plotline since they all pretty much have established histories thanks to a 7 year old RP universe group (yes, I'm serious. There's been a few hand changes with people leaving, AUs, and retcons, but we pretty much have a fully established canon at this point. Still ongoing too..)

I haven't really fleshed out Zell too much yet since I revived him out of a retconned universe and he still has yet to become a fully fleshed out OC for me.
But I think he'd work really well I think since he's supposed to be the son of one of my other OCs who isn't a captain (yet) but a first officer on a spaceship.

And Rivox would be way too hard to make a younger version of, lol. He's got way too much of an established background (like 4 years as a side character), it'd be pretty weird for me. I can't see him as anything other than some grumpy space commander.

And I know you said males but, she's cool so I'd figure I'd mention her. Haven't gotten to use her much in my universe since she was basically a side character that got written out since she had to break from the crew to take the throne of her nation.
I have a female, human-moth character, Katia, who's the daughter of my starship captain, Irene. She's sort of a tech junkie, likes punching things with her robot arms, and works as an engineer.
Her (now deceased) father wasn't a captain in my universe so much as a military general and sort of 'warrior king' of his nation. Though he ended up just sort of being a space raider since he ultimately went rogue from the Federation he was working with.

Ironically though, I would be totally fine using a way younger, AU version of her moth father, Xenon, since there's already a younger version of him from the same retconned universe Zell used to belong to and while I really enjoy him as a character, he usually ends up getting killed in the rps he's been in because he's sort of immoral? Messed up? Idk. He's got his reasons.
His backstory's a bit of a mess now those since he's been moved around a lot through retcons, AUs, and what not. But the gist of it is that he's the only son of a warrior king whose grandfather started decades of war with his nation's bordering neighbor over territory. He ended up reluctantly inheriting the throne with little idea of how to run the nation or anything else in his life. The only things he really knew were military tactics, medicine, and biology since he was studying to be a scientist long before his father passed. He basically panicked when a bioweapon was released onto the wildlife there meant to infect and destroy his nation from the inside out sickened and killed his young wife during childbirth. So stuck with his newborn infant son, he left the nation and his young son temporarily in the hands of his commander, Rivox, while he went to scout for help or anything that could turn the tide back in their favor. He ended up in a spaceship crash on the way out and got saved by a then Federation Ensign, Irene. Ended up falling in love with her before finally, spitefully, returning back to his planet empty handed. Some other stuff happened and he ended up a villain.
I've really been wanting to use a less tortured version of him honestly, but the Discord group I'm with isn't convinced it can exist, lol.

It can be any of your male ocs from Xelius 'Axel' Crufex to A'meto Arkiena I don't mind all your male ocs are cool I just only seen Rivox. The plot can fit anywhere and the oc doesn't have to be the son of the ships captain. The person who gets sick and be a best friend or second in command.

My ocs age range from 18 to 53 so your oc can be any age

That's way more of a range than I expected, I can definitely work with those age ranges more than I could if they were forced to be like 15-30. I'm old, I can't write teenagers like I used to. :^)
So if you're willing to bend prompt then, then I'd love a chance to use Rivox and Xenon together since they are supposed to be best friends but I never got a chance to play around with that.
I can probably stick both their ages around 35 comfortably to give me some more room to play around with them. Their species usually doesn't live past 55 so it keeps them well out of being too old.

Actually that sounds perfect I would like to use them both they seem like great ocs and I don't mind bending a prompt at all. I can make a better and more interesting version of the my medic oc she be thirty two in human years. Ashame they don't live past 55 they seem like cool ocs :)

But yeah, they're insects, so.. They unforunately don't live as long as humans do, trade-off for maturing faster and being harder to kill off, honestly.
The condition of their home planet certainly hasn't helped life expectancies any considering they may as well be endangered as a species now. When I write sci-fi, I like to try to account for differences in biology and the world for how it applies to my characters. It's a bit time consuming, but I think it definitely lets me flesh out the worlds and aliens I make a lot more dynamicly. I don't like them to seem too human.

Ah that makes I like it when aliens are less human-like it makes it much more entertaining and interesting because I'm so fed up of aliens that look more like bikini models lol. I wish other people would put as much effort in because I want came across an alien that would basically a neko if you don't know what one is it's basically a human with cat ears and a tail that act cat like

I'm sort of a weeb, so I'm pretty familiar with anime type conventional creatures. They can be done well but I often find that the type of people who write them aren't exactly the most skilled writers or rpers to begin with. Though I'm not entirely sure if it comes down to experience or preference though? The anime tropes really get under my skin though. Find they're a dime a dozen here to the point I'm just getting really picky about who I choose to rp with.

I like to worldbuild intensively so I find myself a lot closer to the average DND player/DM since there's a lot more emphasis in rpgs on character creation and the actual setting. Sort of a rarity to find in forum rps outside of dedicated roleplay communities because it takes a lot more time to do (plus dedicated partners) and can actually limit what you do with your characters.
