Corasi was hiding in the lab, fearing that she might be found. Under the table wasnt the best place to hide, yet it was the only place she could. When she was younger she would play hide and seek with her father, and would always win as she could almost stop her breathing. Hopefully that skill would help her here.

(I play spare parts)
"Hello? Please leave the lab. It isn't safe here." A small rusty robot said, with fear in his voice.

She looked up, quite relieved by what she saw. Oh thank god, she thought, just a human robot.
How did I you find me? She asked.

"It's right. An Exterminator might just decide to pick you off."

An armored, white haired humanoid had stepped into the lab, toting a rather high-tech looking rifle. His armor glowed with a rather ominous red light and his voice, as playful as his tone currently was, was chilly and distorted, as inhuman as the long tail that trailed freely behind him from the nape of his neck. This one was different, foreign and otherworldly, and not at all looking like the other warmongering hunters that had invaded in the years prior.

He gave the robot a pat on the head and knelt down to meet the young girl's eyes. It was hard to read his expression from the visor over his face, but it wasn't hard to guess where his allegiances might lie.
"It's a nice trick, by the way, but I wasn't born yesterday."

She ran as fast as she could. Not bothering to step over anything, just flipping to get away as fast as she could. She was carrying the little robot.

Scias laughed, watching the two bolt off. It was a game to him, of course. He wasn't being paid to take this one out, not yet anyways. Killing a young, defenseless half-breed, human or not left a bad taste in his mouth anyways. He'd leave that to the mindless drivel that ruled the rest of this has-been space rock with an iron fist.
No, he was here for a misplaced possession of his.

Scias looked around the lab quietly, trying to get any trace of his lost robot buddy. When he at last found it, he saw the silver, bird drone was painfully dismantled and sprawled out on a laboratory table, in some attempt to reverse engineer his technology. He was disgusted at the sight of this brutality, machine or not, he still considered this one a far more reliable companion than a pitiful human or any of his comrades.
He scooped up the bird and its parts, taking a few moments to secure its stray parts carefully in the spare containment spaces of his armor and cradled the rest of the robot shell protectively in his arms as he made his way out of the room.

For now, he intended to fix his friend. The lone protector could wait, she wouldn't get far alone anyways.

She fell to the ground, unconscious. She thought about the exterminator and how if she was caught she could be killed in a second.

Scias stumbled over the girl in the hallway, preoccupied with the ailing robot in his arms. He just barely managed to catch his balance with his tail and looked down at the pitiful sight with a sigh.

He seemed conflicted for just a moment before setting the robot off in an unoccupied side room and returning to the girl to haul her surprisingly delicately over his shoulder. He picked up the other robot in his other, futilely attempting to quiet it.
"I won't hurt her, be quiet or you'll get her hurt by some other Exterminator that'll actually give you both time of day." He hissed between his teeth.

Why was he doing this anyways? He didn't know the slightest thing about administering medical aid, but somewhere he had felt a twinge of guilt scaring her into shock.
The least he could do was keep an eye on her and wait for her to recover. He set her off in the unoccupied lab room, setting her just out of sight from the hall on a low-lying bench seat.
