so have 4 re-genable and color i did the TP but color and was wandering if this still possible to a re-colorable on the 4 pets

If I can understanding your question correctly, then the answer is: once you hit the 'regenerate' button on the regeneration page, that's it, what's done is done. Any unused trait points are lost, all trait slots and colours are locked.
You can still use dyes to alter colours per usual, though.
