I am now in that ackward phase in my project where the prismatic philters are just not what i nead at the moment and where it would be faster to just use mana philters on the little ones so i am trading some of my stocks to speed up the process.

For trade :

10 prismatic philter ( 1 mana philters each )
1 [Arctic Guardian's Puffadore (Emperor)] (2 mana philters)
6 [Level 70 Experience Orb] (1 mana philters for 2)
1 [Regular Zolnixi Essence] ( 1 mana philter)
2 [Perfume of Themed Attraction] ( 3 mana philters each)

I don't know what a mana philter is, but I can give you up to six philters of learning if you want.

I wont nead those any time soon since philters of learning dosn't boost any stats, it's just used to unlock the xp gain on a pet who had a philter of unlearning used on it previously.

A philter of mana boost an eggling mana by 20 points when hatching, since mana is the only stat i nead left before my max stat project is compleated it is what i am looking for. ^-^

they come from the diamond shop mostly, tho i belive there were a few time where thye were given is small quantity in game and sutch.

Unless you are doing max stat project, they are not very practical. Generaly prisma are better for a one time boost but due to the mana boosting update happening at the end of my raincloud project they are a bit wasted for me at the moment since they only give 10 in mana and all other stats are already maxed out.
