i bought another mission spot and now my mission limit is four. is this as high as it goes or when do i get to buy more mission spots?

I'm pretty sure the highest number of mission slots you can get is 6.
I think that you can buy 3 slots at Esior's Haven, and 3 at Sanctuary of Sarielle (sorry, I don't know how to spell that).
