No round starting now. I -may- reopen the game later with slightly different rules because some people (not participating) said that making you guys design something and then choosing winners randomly was unfair. SO I don't know what I am going to do. If anyone has suggestions feel free to PM me :D

Round 3: Hospitals/Doctors Kind of a tricky one in honor of Chidori who has to have surgery soon (and suggested the theme :p )
