I may have missed something as I had to dip out of fest multiple times, but I thought ever 30mintues or an hour you were suppose to get another token to play SW? Only up to 5 from what I remember. But still I left for work and I am still at zero?

Because Snow Wars has closed with most of the rest of fest. Here's the overview. There's always a week or 2 at the end of fest to give us time to finish up sculptures and use up tokens and whatnot.

OOOH okay thank you! Can we still get tier prizes and stuff from it via using up our tokens?

Yes, you can still play to use up your remaining tokens and get prizes.
