So I decided to wander into the Forgotten Caverns today and beat up some golems, but there were none there. I can't remember the last time I fought in the Caverns, so I know I'm not waiting for them to respawn. I also haven't entered the entire megazone in the past 24 hours, so I don't think it's that 24hr cooldown whatsit. One thing I have noticed the past few days though is that every time I enter the LG it says a presence has noticed me very far to the south. Which was strange, because I hadn't spawned any LG bosses nor FC bosses.

As per the current database information, it looks like the Named/Placeholders spawned about an hour ago; about ~7 minutes after you made this post.
So they should be there now.

When first entering the Lost Grove, there's a slight delay before things spawn. I think it's like 5-15 minutes or something. I can't remember exactly.
