like do it take 24 hours before an egg can be nurtured or how meny housrs till u can care for them agen?

You can only nurture an egg once per day. The egg's nurture timer will restart midnight each day. To be clear, that's midnight site time. You can see the site's time on the top right. It's in the Central Time Zone in the US.
