The Valley
For many years, the valley was a wild land. A prairie embedded in a mountain's base, with large, cascading cliff walls on three sides. It's lush, and beautiful. Wild herds travel through the huge land and settle down in the safe valley. The land was sold to a young man with bright dreams. He set upon turning the place into a lively ranch. But he can't do so alone. There is a couple towns near the valley, where he turned to in search for help. With the help of some qualified locals, he had a stable and a barn built, as well as a home for himself. Then, training pens and enclosures. Now, he needs the workers and the animals.
Human opening:
As you're walking through the town you spot a bright flyer tacked to a post. As you approach, you realize it's a want ad. it's for the new valley ranch that's starting up. As you read down the flyer, you are informed the jobs are paid and housing is provided. So you read down the list to see what's available that you'd be qualified for...

I apologize that there isn't an animal opening, but animals are introduced in so many ways it's impossible to set 1 opening for all the diverse ways. This means, however, you have more control over your opening!
Human Roles:

*Owner- This is self explanatory- Closed (1/1)
Co-Owners- Trusted supervisors. Can make a lot of decisions- Open (1/2)
In-House Vets -Veterinarians that must be qualified to treat and chip wild and tame animals, as well as help pregnant mares have foals if necessary- Open (0/3)
Suppliers- Seek out tack, feed, and other supplies for horses. Required to get the co-owner of owner's permission before accepting high-cost items- Open (0/2)
Horse wrangler/supplier - in charge of bringing in wild horses as well as buying horses from other ranches. All buying of horses must be approved by the owner.- (0/3 suppliers) (unlimited wranglers) [Might add more supplier slots]
Lead Stable Worker- Keeps the routine with the Stable workers, he or she is also in charge of deciding where the horses go, if they are to be trained and so on.- (0/1)
Stable Worker- In charge of keeping the horses fed and well cared for. Helps the lead stable worker with their decisions, though final decision is the lead's. Is also asked to keep the tack in good repair and the stable clean. (Unlimited),
Trainer- In charge of training the horses- (0/3)

Personality: Kind and understanding. He does a lot of the work and heavy lifting himself, as well as training and overseeing workers. Always willing to lend a hand and always eager to train a new horse. He deeply disapproves of techniques like training by bull whips, and anyone found injuring or harming a horse will be fired and banned from entering the place, at the least.

Some things to know:
-Though refusing to train horses by whip, Jace does a believe in freeze branding them for identification purposes, that way nobody steals them. So for the wild horses brought in, and for the roleplayers playing them, don't be surprised by this since it has been made known to you beforehand
-Only a few users are actually required for this roleplay. I'm hoping for 3 or 4 participants but if Dill is the only sign-up this can be a prp.

Background: He was born in a wild herd and has lived his whole life in the wild he now spends a lot of time away from the herd enjoying the quietness. He is one of the lead stallions the other lead stallion being a younger stallion named Dakoda.
Trained or Untrained?: very much untrained
Other: he is going blind and has arthritis in his back legs though it only slows him down a little although it hurts to run.

I'm sorry Dill, but as stated above the Domestic animals need to have an owner to qualify. You can make her an owner that let's her be an outside pet and independent, but she needs an owner. Thanks for understanding!

She's a kind girl, but very flirty to people she likes. She sometimes gets sarcastic, but it doesn't last for long before she's back to normal. She's grown fond of the owner though, being a co-owner. Yet sometimes she still feels small compared to him. She loves the horses they bring in and is willing to help any student. He's a calm horse who's generally very well behaved. Sometimes he gets stubborn but that's only after a few hours of practice or being out all day for events. He acts like a foal and loves to mess around, but he knows when Lola wants him to be serious.
Background:
He was born in captivity, being specially bred for dressage. Lola had always been looking to get into dressage, so she had bought him after a year of his training. Deciding to take over and finish his training herself. He became a competition horse and they entered many competitions, now with Lola being busy at the stables he mainly grazes in the paddock until she finds time to do a competition again. He frequently gets taken on trail rides and practices dressage with her, yet they just don't do as many competitions.
