I want to have more samples of my art, but I need characters to draw. While I could come up with my own, I figured that I'd do a contest of sorts.

I'm looking to make a diverse selection with multiple samples of personalities and details. I will pick the ones that inspire me to draw them, but feel free to make your characters silly or have fun quirks. :3

secondly, I don't have a reference because I honestly am just terrible at drawing people but I am very good at descriptions! SO I'll describe my OC Zara

Zara is tall, around 6 foot, and she's very lean. Kinda has that gentle giant or bull in a china shop type of feel to her. She's a bit more on the tan side with faded, shoulder length with a fringe, red hair, it's a bit more on the pink side because of how long ago it was dyed but still has some of the signature red. Her eyes are reddish brown and almond shaped. Her eyebrows are one of her distinct features, they're thick, red and just very attention grabbing. She wears pretty smoked out eyeliner (if that makes sense) and when she wears lip gloss or lipstick she does a white line down the middle of her bottom lip. She always wears a choker of some sort, her favorite being a brown leather dog collar-esque one with three red stones or gems on front.

Zara is usually found dressed in ripped jeans and sweaters no matter the weather. She owns nothing but sneakers and only wears those crazily decorated socks that have cute prints on them. She sometimes wears glasses just "for the fit" as she would say.

She also has an ant farm that she loves dearly but she won't admit it to anyone

I have this gal! Her name is Elidia Lee (a pretentious name, I know)

ft. traditional wear from where she's from. She's painted gold streaks onto her horns. Long hanging gold earrings (4, how fun), and a turquoise beaded necklace.

chilly day, all bundled up and warm, though this art piece is eh. not quite accurate.

she angry, again not accurate. Honestly the first one is the most accurate shhh, just look at that one.

this one was a stylistic trial and kinda strange, but that's her on in the back left

I've included a lot of reference because I am absolutely terrible at drawing her consistently. It entirely depends on my mood. Look at all this and draw your own conclusions lmao ^^;;

Further description: 5'7", if that even matters for a portrait. Quite angular in features and has been mistaken for a guy on multiple occasions.

Background and bio: Born and raised on a desert planet in the gliese triple star system, Elidia Lee (El), a shapeshifter, had changed her appearance and internal structure to best fit the environment. Her rusty red skin tone match the red sandstone rock of the planet, and two sets of ears help keep her cool (as well as let her hear more), much in the way fennec foxes and jack rabbits do on earth.
She was raised alone by her mother, distant from the more densely inhabited trading post/mining town. She went there for lessons/school at some point, but doesn't have very many friends. She's lonely but also totally fine with it. She rather prefers not to be around others, which is a direct result of the lack of social interaction growing up and hence her social anxiety. She's said to be both shy and intimidating to those who meet her: she doesn't talk very much, and most of the town is keenly aware that if she wanted to, could easily kill any of them. She doesn't particularly care enough to do anything though, but she's capable. When alone, she likes to sing to herself, play her janky little wooden flute, or just turn into any sort of winged creature and fly about.

Ok I think that's quite enough from me I've been rambling. Hope it's enough =)), and hope she's interesting enough to spark some interest and drawing inspiration
