Welcome to The New Strike! I just wanted to make this (AU?) roleplay in honor of the upcoming movie and the show I can't watch because I can't afford Disney+, The Mandalorian. I am going to assign who the Jedi is when all of the spots are filled- and no, I'm not making my character the Jedi- she is my actual fan-character and she's a pilot of one of the fastest ships in the modern-day galaxy.

Appearance:
Lyyra is a lanky light-grey skinned woman with almost crimson dark-maroon eyes with a tricky glint in them. Her short-cut white hair has random streaks of color in it. Lyyra has a few nasty scars on her stomach, left leg, right shoulder, and the last one tuns from her right cheek to the left of her jaw. She's usually found in a beige chest-wrap, a dark grey vest-like piece with a hood, torso armor, a voice contorting mask, and dark grey-blue baggy pants. She hates shoes and usually goes for arm and leg wraps.
Personality:
Lyyra is pretty happy-go-lucky and it takes a lot to bring her down. She tries hard to be a beacon of light in tough situations- if Lyyra isn't smiling then you should be worried. Lyyra can be a bit of a flirt sometimes, but most of the time it's a joke, but there isn't a way to know if she is or not. She has a bit of a problem with her temper, she has gotten in countless bar fights over dumb things, she usually comes out on top and immediately gets banned afterward. but other than her temper she's a generally good person that is in illegal underground races for money.
Backstory:
Lyyra is a Quartzite native, she was born there and stayed there with her father until they fled to Atalon, due to her father's negative opinion on how some of the Kage hierarchy is trading with the New Empire. (they left when she was ten.) There, Lyyra learned how to scavenge, and how to snag unattended racing ships. She usually sold them, but when she came across her baby, the 511-Blaze Fighter (I made it up?), it's a single piloted craft that she's currently tinkering with. But her father lets her use his old hunk of bolts if she has more than one and her droid.
Likes:

> Loosing. (She pipes back up again a few seconds after she realizes she loses, she just gets really competitive.)

Strengths:
> Lyyra is seemingly tireless and she's very limber, giving her a good grip in a fight.
> Lyyra is quick to react, most likely pulling her blasters first.
> Eating, she eats like a Bantha, but retains a lightweight/stature.
> Lyyra is one of the best pilots in her solar system, she doesn't know about the rest of the galaxy yet, but she's trying really hard to get up there.
> She's really good with tools- she re-built her ship a few times, trying to get it to work.
Weaknesses:
> She isn't too good in a fighting strength-wise, she mainly relies on the element of surprise.
> Lyyra isn't to book-smart, she actually struggles with foreign languages, usually using her father's help to communicate.
> her rage can get to her, she has broken especially tricky projects because she's gotten impatient.
> Lyyra talks a little too much when she meets someone she thinks she can trust, but she does keep her secrets... sorta.
> Lyyra's eating problem can run her family out of food, so they have to lock up the food supply so she doesn't eat everything.

Appearance: Adona has blue skin. She has a white marking which runs over the bridge of her nose and the tops of her cheek and a white arching line on her forehead. She has orange eyes. Her head tails and montrals, like most, are white with blue stripes. She stands at 6 feet. Generally, she wears black boots, a tight black crop top, a pair of black pants, and a brown jacket.
Personality: Adona is a very friendly person. She is rather trusting and willing to help however she can. She loves being around others. It is hard for her to be alone. She is a bit emotional. Saying goodbye doesn't sit well with her. Though despite her caring nature, she can't stand the New Republic or anyone who sides with them.
Backstory: Adona comes from a rich family. She has 8 siblings. Her family sided with the New Republic. Adona just couldn't agree with their actions and left. She went by Doca Marinth after that so she wouldn't be associated with her family, and because she doesn't want them to find her if they were looking. She has been traveling for quite some time now, helping where she can. She isn't necessarily liked by the New Republic but isn't considered much a threat. She has sided with the Resistance either.

I finished it and changed a few things from my original post. I just need to find a good theme.

Looks good, I realized that the New Republic was already a thing so I changed it into something a little more simple? The New Empire. I think our characters would get along, they are very similar.

Okay! Ya, I bet Adona and Lyyra would get along great. I can see Adona drunkenly cheering Lyyra on in a bar fight. It would be pretty great.
