Ok, so I have the Task: Rare Hunt active and have taken my party to roam around the caves. I found three exclamation marks very close together and each time I got this....
[05:25:42 PM] You find a Crate of Lost Supplies.
[05:25:44 PM] You approach the Crate of Lost Supplies.
[05:25:45 PM] You collect the Crate of Lost Supplies.
[05:25:45 PM] Task Updated: Lost Supplies (1/3)
Each mark telling me the same thing. Since I don't have this Task active I thought it best to report it.
