Amelia and Sebastian went to school together, before the world turned on its head. While Amelia is a few years younger than Sebastian, the pair became quick friends in school. Almost as close as siblings, they worked together to finish their school work and spent almost every waking moment with each other. While they're not officially dating, they often are mistaken as such due to their close relationship.

Neither of them went to a traditional public school. Rather, they attended a military like private school. Their classes included the traditional Grammar, Literature, Maths, Science, Foreign Language and History, but it also included Health and First Aid, Combat, Weaponry, and Endurance classes. While no one officially told them they were being trained for war, it was a standing joke inside the school grounds that they were the Youth Military, similar to the days of Hitler. They were taught how to survive and how to protect each other.

Before the world turned on its head, Amelia enjoyed drawing and writing in addition to her studies. She would often times sit in the middle of the courtyard watching people pass. She would sketch a picture of a person or group of people, sometimes accompanying the picture with a story of what she believed they were doing or thinking. Years of people watching has given her almost an psychic's idea of what people are thinking, almost before they finish the thought.

Sebastian enjoyed music. He was often seen with his guitar, strumming a few chords, letting himself get lost in the music. He can hear when his strings are out of pitch and enjoys finding someone to sing along with him. Sometimes he would sing while he played the guitar, but more often he enjoyed strumming away and getting lost in the music, letting another voice accompany the guitar. While he has had to give up his guitar playing, for the most part, after the world went sideways, he still uses his fine hearing for other good purposes, able to hear footsteps in the dark or voices on the wind.

Neither Amelia nor Sebastian are the bubble blowing type.

Avia was looking out the window of her little house she recently took over. From how high the moon was in the sky she could estimate the time was at least 11:35pm. She learned that little skill from camp. There were at least three zombies roaming around the street. She had a huge urge to just end her life now. She had seen a few people moving around in the neighborhood and if these zombies would just go away she would go and have a look around. The thought of others being alive made her very excited. It has been a long time since she had an actual conversation with someone. It was miserable and she was low on food, maybe someone else in this neighborhood would have extra food to spare.

Jace recently had been noticing people around the neighborhood but he didn't care. He had always been alone so this isolation didn't bother him. It was peaceful and he didn't have to worry about people talk crap about his family. He knew he didn't have to worry because he was the one who threw his mother and sister out on the curb to be eaten by zombies. All he needed was his baseball bat. He recently pounded nails in top of it so it would be more deadly, and duck taped the handle for more of a grip. Jace let out a sigh "I could stay here forever." Accept for the fact that he was running low on food.

Orange Blossom stared, dazed, out the window of her adoptive family's enormous house, thinking about everything that has been going on lately. Her adoptive parents got gruesomely eaten by blood sucking and brain eating zombies, and left her all alone. I won't go into detail on what happened. Her neighbors were also killed, 2 days after her adoptive parents, and they were the ones taking care of her and supplying her with food and water after her parents died. Now she had no one. She was running out of food and water, and there were zombies on practically every corner of the street. Unless you wanted to get your brains eaten by zombies, most people weren't crazy enough to go outside for ANY REASON. Most people either risked their lives to get food and water, or just ate the smallest portions a day until there was no more food and they starved. Orange Blossom didn't want to risk her life, but she had to. It's either be eaten by zombies, risk being eaten by zombies getting food, or starving or dying of dehydration. She had to take a risk.

Archer was sneaking around the streets at that moment, searching for food and water, and zombies because he didn't want to be eaten of course. He snuck around buildings, climbed over roots, slithered in the gutters, and finally made it to a grocery shop that was mostly ransacked of all that was in it, except for veggies that the zombies hadn't wanted. Ick. Well, it's either this, or die of starvation, dehydration, or get eaten by zombies. I'd prefer to live thank you very much. He hurriedly sprinted in the store, grabbed a handful of veggies and a couple empty water bottles, and ran for my life. Behind a building nearby, I filled the bottle with water and sprinted home as fast as possible. My mom had died trying to get me food. She was eaten. I arrived home safely, a few minutes later.

Sebastian looked to Amelia as she looked up to the moon. It was late at night and both of them were on the roof. Sebastian was taking the guard shift and keeping an eye on nearby zombies. Amelia was supposed to be getting some sleep, but there was something about the night that kept her awake. It didnt feel like a bad thing, but there was excitement in the air. It wasnt all that unlike the anticipation and excitement that every child feels on Christmas Eve. It wasnt near the intensity, but it was excitement and anticipation all the same. Something was going to happen. But what?

Sebastian came to accept that he couldnt make Amelia get some rest. She would eventually go to sleep on her own, once she sorted out what she was feeling after all. He pulled his eyes away from her. He was supposed to be watching the streets, not her. Amelia was fine where she was, but that didnt mean trouble wasnt lurking in the shadows. He scanned left and right, up and down the block, letting his vision travel farther as he looked to the north side of the house. He pushed himself up to his feet to walk the roofline again, checking all sides of the house. For the most part, the zombies were leaving them alone. They hadnt discovered how to get into the house, much less onto the roof where the pair was. For now they were safe.

Amelia looked at the stars, finding the constellations. Even with the threat of being attacked and eaten all around them, she still took the time to meditate, relax, and feel the earth and energies around her. Suddenly, she sat up, looking towards the south east corner of the house. She looked for a minute and pointed, at a moving shadow, a fast moving shadow. There. Eleven o clock, moving fast, low to the ground, three hundred meters. She said softly, barely a whisper, yet loud enough to cut the silence.

Sebastian went to red alert instantly. Both hands wrapped around the grips of his sai, ready to defend the both of them. His eyes located the shadow as it started moving again. He slowly relaxed and slid his sai back out of sight. It wasnt an attack. It wasnt even a zombie. But what was it? Or, rather, who was it? He glanced to Amelia to see what she thought of it.

Amelia stuffed a fist in her mouth to keep from laughing at his quick defensive posture. She couldnt blame him in the least. She always kept her staff in arms reach. Why should she judge him for keeping his sai close also? She laid back down against the roof and stared again into the night sky. One energy accounted for. Still others around her. Still other people surrounding them. She closed her eyes and let sleep overtake her for now, trusting that should anything change, Sebastian would wake her in an instant.

Pacing the rooftop, he kept his lookout ready to keep watch for a few hours. He was equal parts surprised and pleased when he glanced at Amelia again and saw her eyes closed. Perhaps that was all she needed, to spot the one shadow in the dark. He spared a quick glance to the moon knowing that he had the first shift of the night and she had the second. That partnership had worked with them for a month now, and it would work well with them in the future as well. Together, they could survive anything and everything.

Zeck looked around the school playground, he was perched on the flag pole and he found it funny the zombies did not spot him. His legs had begun cramping but he didn't get down to streach them. He had let his eagle go a few minutes ago, to go hunt and bring him back something to eat.
The eagle had passed over many buildings and had it's fill, but then it spotted someone and flew down, it knew this person was not a zombie and it let out a call as it landed next to the person. It was a boy who was just pacing. The eagle tilted it's head at the boy, hoping for a few tid-bits the human might offer.
The eagle looked at the boy's hands, confused why there where not claws on it like his master's hands. The eagle called again, hoping for more food even though it was stuffed.

( Guy is Sebastian )

Ania glanced nervously around as she held tightly onto her baseball bat. Her short skirt ruffled in the breeze as she glanced around nervously. A zombie stepped out of a alley infront of her, she paused then charged, hit the zombie, thunk, as it's head went flying for a bit then hit a building. The body collapsed and she quickly raided it for supplies. Nothing. She glanced up into the alley and saw nothing else in there. She carried on walked but looked at a store. A grocery store. She squealed happly and ran in, grabbing potatos and eatting them raviously. She hadn't eatten in ages!!
She grasped her bag as she threw everything she could grab into the bag. She looked round the store for anything she could use, hammers,nails,food,clothes...she sighed. Nothing of importance...She grabbed lots of clothes then dumped them on top of a shelf, she awkwardly climed up but soon snuggled down, worried about what might happen.
