COMMON RULES FOR THE FESTS (it might change, this is just based on past fests)

For both Avatars and pets: one entry each (per pet species)

Avatars:
1. normally has to be based on the "season" of the festival
2. normally one entry can consist of 1 Avatar Outfit, 1 Avatar Wings, 1 Avatar Back Item, 1 Avatar Held Item, and, 1 Avatar Head Item
3. normally you CAN submit more than one entry through PM (to the site administrator who hoasts it) BUT IT WILL NOT COUNT FOR PRIZES!
4. It is suggested to do a different idea than other people.
5. You MUST draw the items on the avatar base, and you can include a description

Pets:

1. You can ONLY draw for the pets that are listed
2. You MUST draw the items on the pet base, and you can include a description
3. Normally it doesn't o be based on the "season" of the festival
4. It is suggested to do something different than other people.
5. It is suggested to do a different idea than other people.
