Can someone explain to me what these things are? Do we sell them?

They will he used in an upcoming feature. The Forum Game Item Shop. You can sell them to other players if you want but I highly dont recommend you sell them back to the site. They are worth far more than what the site will give you. You can see all the forum game items in your wardrobe. Theyre rare and really hard to obtain.
