Everyone can participate. However, priority is given to the higher board rank
on nurture side, since all my pets are gained through nurtureboards. But battle board might sometimes help?
I can make exceptions. or maybe I want to give it to someone. So priority doesn't always get it.
Exceptions, I can't make them if you don't express yourself or don't participate at all. So, tell me what you're planning to do with it, and if it was your design etc. Most importantly, don't forget to participate
