It will hatch on his own or with assistence once it is ready, it take around 3 days for an egg to hatch, clicking it will speed the process a little bit and wild eggs have some time already on them ( you wont have to wait as long). To know for sure how long you still have to wait, look on it's profil in the section genetic to see it's progress.
