Do you mean buy things from other players? There a trade broker Here that you can go to and find items for sale. In the future you can find the link to it under the 'Trade' tab.
If you're asking how to find trades from a specific player, like a store, there isn't currently any way to do that. Some players will made sale threads in the forums and include items that are on the broker but other than that you cannot search trades by player.
