Its about mid day at the old farmers market, a big long tin roofed building that use to have no walls, but now has walls of Ivy, most to the fruit that was here had decayed and over the years and with careful cultivation by the worms and ants its now a lush tunnel through a vast garden grove of trees and fruit filled plants. Sam scouted the area on high guard and alert his feathers ruffling every now and then a couple of tag along guarding his flanks " yo Samie, you think there might be some folks still scavenging around these parts, don't ya think its best to look in the old complex buildings up on North Main?" the Tall and lanky Tom asked
" Maybe, plus its too hot on the concrete right now to travel that far might as well look where we are safest" Sam Retorted making the little stocky Piglet chuckle herself to a snort " And we can gather some supplies for camp here, she added Flipping open a bag on the side of her oversize purple harness and began carefully picking various fruits from the hanging vines and snacking as she did.

Dabria slunk around the empty streets. She jumped at nearly every sound except her own footsteps. She stopped once hearing what sounded like talking. She laid down and threw her paws over her head, hoping not to be caught.

He little piglet wiggled her nose " Hey Guys I think Some one is close, Smells like female, mid sized quadruped , omnivorous" he exclaimed loudly before Sam stood over her sticking his head out of the vines on the wall to take a look, his head feathers sticking up and flared out " Really Spot!, Hey!!!! Hey!!! is there anyone out there!?" He yelled kindly his ears rotating around wildly the lanky tom cat trotted out climbing up on some nearby rubble to get a better view " Some one this close to camp, they must have traveled a long way to make it this deep" he mumbled before spotting you " Yo! Lavender Butt!, Ya Alright?" he hollered a little bluntly

Dabria jumped up. She scrambled off nervously but tripped up and fell flat. It was clear she was panicked. She picked herself up again. Her eyes darted back and forth before she dove to the side at what looked like a good hiding place but turned out to not be. Still, she kept trying to squeeze into it. She honestly looked very silly.

the three gathered around her looking at each other a bit confused, Sam spoke up first " hey Kid ya Alright? you out here all by yourself?" he asked seeming concerned

Dabria turned to look at them. She shrinked away. Her hair stood on end. I uh, mhmm. she mumbled.

The Gilt (Pig) Swished her curly tail with excitement and smiled raising her nose in the air " Sweet Cookies! Do you want to come live with us?! I'll share my bunk space with you! " she said seeming overly excited But Sam cleared his throat and cut her celebration short " I think What Spot here is trying to say is we are recruiting new members for a clan of strays that lives in a Subway station just a block south of here, If you are looking for a place to stay and call home we would be glad to shelter you there" he explained a little more elegantly

Dabria straightened up a bit. She was still shaky but nodded slightly. That w-would be nice. she whimpered. She gave a very weak smile.

*Right then! Whats your name Kid?!* Sam asked a little more casually this time his feathers ruffling

She attempted to straighten up again. I am Dabria.. she whispered.
