This is an on-going problem for me where the stable tabs merge into one. What i'm saying is that what happens is the first tab on the top, and the others below it, on one screen. Idk what is happening or if it is getting fixed so yeah...

Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you're specifically seeing?
Have you tried making sure that your browser is fully up to date and cleared your browser's cache?
Have you tried using an alternative browser?

I try different tabs on my computer and other devices but it still happens. And I don't know how to post an image. Sorry!

Unfortunately, my best guess is that this is a local issue with your browser, device, or some sort of addon/extension that you may be using.
Without a screenshot, I won't be able to provide anymore information. =\
