This RP is going to be very different from a normal RP!

Basically, instead of something like:

Character A smiles at Character B.

Character B smiles back.


It'll be something like:

I'd smiled at them. They seemed nice, so why not?

It'd smiled at me. Or bared its teeth. I wasn't sure. Not sure what else to do, I'd smiled back.



Basically, it'd be like a bunch of diaries, all happening at once during the RP.


The story:

From the humans' point of view:
These weird fox aliens have showed up on Earth. They've killed a lot of people already, so they're hated.

From the likamsis' point of view:
It turns out the 'abandoned' planet actually has some weird creature called 'humans' on it. They attack any likamsi they see, so everybody hates them.


The backstory:
About 5 years ago, the likamsis' planet became uninhabitable because of an extremely bad volcanic eruption. They'd fled the planet and had began searching for a new one.
On Earth, WWIII has came and went. Earth itself handled it surprisingly well, but most humans are dead. Those that are left are in hiding out of fear of being killed by other humans.
The likamsis soon find Earth. They think the war killed all the humans, since none are about and all the houses are abandoned. They decide to make Earth their new home, since it's very lush and green, and is much better than their original planet ever was.
For a while, everything's fine. Then a likamsi finds a human, who kills the likamsi out of fear. This soon spirals into the hatred that is going on at the start of the RP.


General info:
This takes place in generally this time area- somewhere in the 2010's. Phones and electronics do work, because the likamsi's are also using them and they have phone lines back up and running. However, most minor websites and companies are still down, so not everything works.
The RP itself will start on New Year's in 2014 in the morning.
Everybody in this RP is in (or nearby) a small town in Southern America. The town is unnamed and it's surrounded by a forest. It's very humid and hot there. The town is known to both species as a safe place, as neither knows the other knows about it.

Likamsis look mostly like humanoid foxes. However, they have four eyes, and only have two fangs, which are in the very back of their mouth. The males also have a tiny horn on their nose. Their two fangs have a very strong venom, which paralyzes their prey. They're carnivores, and eat mainly large mammals like deer or wolves.
