How big of an impact does Nurturing make?

It all depends on how many person nurtures the Sylesti and/or how many times. Nurturing a pet once by one person will not make a big impact, but if several people nurture the Sylesti, it can take hours or a whole day or even 2 or 3 days off of its grow-up time. The more nurtures a pet receives, the bigger the impact.
