So, yeah, where do you get those stuff? I just came back on here and kinda forgot a lot of stuff...I think they're from the nightfalls? but i don wanna fight eleane...

Mannequins should be a possible drop from any elite/boss in the area.
Peerless rapiers are dropped by the Nightfall Captains and Elaine. You do not need to fight Elaine if she spawns (it used to be that the bosses spawned in the place of the elite you beat when they were triggered, leaving you with only one elite until the boss was beaten. It has since changed so that the bosses spawn in their own specific tiles and you can ignore them and still have both elites spawn)
both items can also rarely be obtained from chests.
