I hope this will help:
click on the item to highlight it,
then when you see the main buttons under your inventory light up: Use Item and Broker Item
you should see what looks like a small envelope closer to the inventory box, just above the buttons
it's the last small icon
after you click on that you can add the username of the one you'll send it too
after you set the price, just hit confirm and away it goes.
you'll get a notice when it's accepted
