I've been looking around a bit, but I cannot seem to find an option how to give diamonds to another player.
Is there such an option?
I'd love to help out my friend by giving her diamonds for a new stable.

Not atm. In order to transfer diamonds, the person receiving the diamonds must create a currency exchange where they are selling 1 gold for x diamonds. Then, the person sending the diamonds purchases the 1 gold.
