I was in the Dungeon of the Forsaken in Umbra Forest, trying to find Vierna Da`Sheer. And then I look up, and I see in red letters:
"Your Dungeon Instance is over 24 hours old. You may Reset the Instance if you wish and start at the beginning."
What's this mean?

You can complete a dungeon once a day, ending at midnight. If you start a dungeon one day but don't finish it that text will pop up. It's just giving you the option to start from the beginning again if you want to fight one of the first bosses again. If you don't reset you'll just keep going through the dungeon like your normally would, no harm done.
