Not to be rude, but why do you think its very rare? They are easy to get when non PB. And if youd like I can breed you a PB Ferrikki for free since your newer to the game :).

Take a look at my Ferrikki stables and pick a PB pair like for instance " Magic potion " and ill give you an egg of it with a definant vis from 1-4 traits

It doesnt make him rare those are just visible traits. With you being new to the game I understand your confusion. Ferrikki non PB are very common amongst selling and can be sold as low as 1g these days. The ones who are rare are tagged which you will see when you look at the ferrikk I have and will give you offspring that has a tagged. The original theme is very rare and valuable, but the offspring are called PB known as "Pure bred". They are worth less then the original Theme but are still valuable and can be sold at a good price.
