I recently built a new computer (yesterday) and have updated it, downloaded Mozilla Firefox (newest version) and made sure both are up to date. I am running Windows 7 Professional. I've tried f5 and ctrl+f5 to reload the page more than once. The map does not want to show. I am a bit computer illiterate about these kinds of things and need help. I had a fairly thick set of instructions and pictures to help me build the computer, as well as some friends to double check things before I turned it on.

If anyone has any constructive ideas on what the issue might be, please let me know.

First idea would be to try using a different browser (specifically Chrome). See if that works.

I really dislike chrome, but I did give it a try and it works on Chrome, which means there is something wrong with my Mozilla. I might re-install it and see if that works. Thank you.

Yea. And like I said, you may want to make sure your Java is up to date as well.

Edit: Also, it could be some type of addon you use for Firefox (if you have any enabled).

I have no addons yet, but I will check Java and update after I do so
