So my Light healer, Starteller, (https://www.sylestia.com/view/pets/?petid=4303761) has just reached level 65. This was during the attack on the Sanctuary of Saerielle. When I used Restoration there, it worked. Once I went to Astral's Vale, it wouldn't let me select a target while having Restoration as the selected attack. I tried again in the Sweet Apple Orchard, and it still doesn't work.

Are you trying to select an enemy, or your pet? Restoration is a move where the target is a member off your party. It does not do any damage, only heals, so you ahve to select your own party member to use it on.
