I got a friend of mine to join and to help her out I wanted to transfer to her some diamonds so she can get a 2nd stable right away. But I don't see how to transfer Diamonds to a set user in the exchange. Is there someone that can tell me how I can do this?

Your friend can create an Exchange where they sell 1 Gold for x Diamonds. Then you purchase it from them.
Since nobody will buy 1 Gold for say, 100 Diamonds, it's an easy way to trade.
Just make sure that the RECIPIENT of the Diamonds creates an auction to SELL 1 Gold for [AMOUNT] Diamonds. Then you buy the auction.
