They look very human like expect for their uniform and a ring on their temple called a led

Backstory: He lived in a small town in Detroit and one day he was alone at the building he worked. While walking home/his care taker, a gang of kids beat him up and left him to die. But before he could die he stubbed into Jericho {a giant boat the has a lot of deviants}. When he got there he got patched up and regained most of his Thirium {blue blood/android blood}
