Lilith woke and walk to the professor's house to get her dad's pikachu

Kota had been up all night pacing the floor of her room in her little "home" on the outskirts of town. Though it was more like a one bedroom shack that she had been left when her parents both decided it was best for her to go explore the world on her own, and flew off to one of the larger cities on "business". Kota didn't mind them being gone, it was not like they were home much before, but what was bothering her was a request from the local Pokemon professor. The Professor had sent a letter a few days ago concerning some interesting research and a friend he wanted her to meet, and now she had to decide to go or the stay in the little shack forever.

As she straped on her bags that were sent with the letter she felt something inside, in one bag was a device that had a screen, but she couldn't figure out how to turn it on or get it to do... well anything. and in the other were small red and white spheres. Her uncle had told her once that these were pokeballs, but her parents had never really let her learn anything pokemon related. but now as the professors office came into view this would be her chance!

Lilith walk in"hello"

A growlithe watched from the brush as the trainer walked into a building, she was weak after narrowly escaping team rocket. She was tired so she turned and found a shady tree to rest under.

( Okay I'll temp a random Professor, may be more fun for a little story separation)

The abnormally young looking professor looks up from his computer as a young girl enters and speaks

" oh! hello again, I assume you came to pick up Pikachu? he was very helpful with my electric type research, if you get chance tell you Father I greatly appreciate him helping to further my research. "

He said kindly but seemed to get distracted by someone entering the door behind you.

Ya thx"she look at him"you wanted me to meet someone?"

he chuckled a bit " yes actually, this is Kota Kuro, she may need a... experienced companion on her journey" he said gesturing to the short and small girl who had just entered she seemed a little timid as she spoke

" Uh... um Pleasure to meet you, Im Kota"

"I am Lilith"she said

A pikachu ran out and onto Lilith shoulder"And this is my partner pikachu"she said

Ava has been waiting all day in her room trying to pick which pokemon she will have.She thought "Should I get a bulbasaur or a squirtle.." Her mom said "Lights Out!" Ava said "Fine mom!", then went to bed. On the morning, she ate her breakfast, said goodbye to her mom, then went to the professor's office to see a girl I said hello to the girl and she said hi. After talking, the professor aproached us and said "Hello! I'm Professor Oak I'm so happy to meet you!" He went to the three pokeballs then he pressed a switch and said "Lilith take this pokeball from your dad." The girl, who must be Lilith said, "Thank you Professor Oak!" Then she went. "Wait! you forgot something!" said Professor Oak. Lilith came back for her stuff and then she rushed to the doors while humming. "Ohh that girl, so happy... annyways! here is your pokeball! Its the only one left. I picked up the pokeball and then a pokemon came out. "Evee!" it said. "Professor, what is that pokemon?" I said He said "Let's find out!" He went to a blue backpack and pulled out a device. Professor Oak said "This is a pokedex, point it to a pokemon and you will know what pokemon it is." He handed me the pokedex and I pointed it to the pokemon. The pokedex said "Eevee has an unstable genetic makeup that suddenly mutates due to the environment in which it lives. Radiation from various stones causes this Pokmon to evolve." "That's so cool!" I said "Here are your pokeballs." (will continue)

"Partner?" Kota cooed curiously before the Professor interrupted
"AH! yes the friend I wanted tot introduce you to is Avery.." he said before a little white fox like pokemon trotted out from behind the desk and yawned fanning his white fluffy tails.
then the small device that was in her bag came to life, and as she pulled it out it showed some information about the little pokemon in front of her. " a Vulpix? thats a nice name, but you called him Avery?" Kota stated recalling that the picachu pokemon had the same given name as its species
" yes, Avery here is a bit... well picky... you will see the more you get to know each other"

the little fox trotted up to Kota's shoes sniffing them before she picked him up, but he struggled a bit before pouncing agile like on her shoulders and pawing her in the head as if to scold her for trying to hold him like a stuffed animal.
