In the event area scarecrows have stopped spawning for me. everything else is ok just not them.

again no scarecrows, boxes, pumpkins or wolves this time

Even if you exit and come back to the zone, the exit resets the spawn timer for spawnables to come back. It can take anywhere from 15-30mins, even more if you keep checking too often (feels like an entire hour for them to come back lol).
All I can suggest is be patient, and stay in the zone for a long amount of time instead of exiting. If they still don't spawn back, then post again about it. I know wolves take the longest because they don't have nameds. Scarecrows spawn the fastest, but exit and waiting in the zone for awhile is a good fix.
