Why was noble's green so safe? Well it's because of the super teens who keep it that way. It used to be when they turn thirteen they lose their powers to the shroud, but in this generation children have 'till eighteen. When the shroud steels the super's powers it steals their memories of ever having them. Because of this their friends are figuring out how to stop this from happening, but when they meet our average humans they ask for their help to save themselves and their friends.
