I'm not quite sure what specifically you're having trouble with. Do you want to know how to post images in general, are you having difficulty getting image addresses, or are you having some trouble with the laptop's built-in mouse?
If you don't know how to post images at all, this guide explains it quite well.
If you're trying to get the URL for an image, this post (scroll down to step 2) explains how to do that using different browsers.
If your problem is with the mouse itself, you'll need to elaborate on your problem.
If you're having difficulty right-clicking, you can either tap the touchpad with two fingers at the same time, or for a Mac laptop, hold the Control key (Ctrl) and click.
