Im considering swapping the gender of one of my pets, this one specifically: https://www.sylestia.com/view/pets/?petid=4562109 . I want to make her male once I get my hands on the needed philter, but I was wondering what, if any, effect that might have on her traits. If I were to do it, would I lose the one visual trait she has, or not?

Trait's won't be affected except for visual art if there's a different male/female version for the traits. (Like chicken tail for the Griffi's for example, the visual look is the male has a rooster tale and the female has a hen tail.) The trait will still be the same regardless. You're literally just swapping the pet's gender.
