I just received this and clicked on "use" without looking closely, assuming it would be a wardrobe item, but now I can't find it anywhere, so... it wasn't, was it? :/

I clicked on mine as well and thought I saw it said specifically held item, but it's not anywhere in my helds, or any other wardrobe tab.
Saw Krin post in general chat that it is unlocked now, so try now. I have it equipped now
