You wake up in a room. It's covered form head to toe in white concrete with a vent at the right side of the room, a typewriter on the floor with some paper in it, and a latch on the ceiling. That must be the way out. You don't know where or who you are. There are other people, you realize, and they seemed just as confused as you are. You don't know each other, and you suddenly have a frightening thought. You don't remember your past or your family, either. You don't even know your name. You reach around in your pocket and remove a slip of paper with a name on it. That must be your name. Looking desperately around, you figure you have to escape. But how to reach the roof?

Basil


Basil saw the note in her pocket and read her name. "what?" she mumbled. She looked at the other people in the room in curiosity. She walked so that she was underneath the vent. "maybe if we boost eachother up..." she mumbled once again, thinking before speaking. "Does anyone in here know what the heck is going on?"

William, however, was hyperventilating. He was in a room with two complete strangers, no memory of who or WHERE he was, and he didn't know his NAME. He fumbled around and removed the paper, reading it aloud as well. "W-William..? Wha..?" He ruffled his hair, looking at the vent. "It-it's to high up... Maybe that hatch..? No..."

Amber Took a note out of her pocket she read it and found out her name. "Umm whats going on." she called out the sound echoing of the walls. She saw a girl near a vent and walked over to he.

Who were these people? Why were they calm? WHAT WAS GOING ON?! "Ooooh god... Oh god..." He sat against the wall, tucking is head between his knees. He stood up, looking at the typewriter. "Well ti ain't here for nothin!" He sat by it, still breathing very fast. He then typed a letter into it, and a brick on the wall. He narrowed his brow, and hit another button. The brick scooted back into the wall. He suddenly had an idea, and began typing several different words. "Glam- No, Glorious? Maybe... No, maybe get, no to short... Oh! Glade? Aha!" A trial of bricks leading to the hatch on the roof exited the wall, making stepping stones. "It worked! Ha!" And as it had been cued, a green gas began to seep through the vent. It made him cough violently and cover his mouth with his jacket sleeve.

Basil

basil saw the gas and covered her mouth, holding her breath as best she could.

Amber quickly covered her nose and mouth with her arm as the gas came in to the the room.

William lunged at one of the bricks, and heaved himself onto it. Panting, he motioned for the others to follow. "I have no clue what's going on, but we'll suffocate in here if we stay! The hatch is our only option!" He jumped for the next brick sticking out of the wall as the gas poured in at a steady rate. "COME ON!"

Basil

Basil nodded and followed after him, coughing all the while.

He looked at Amber. "Hey-! Uh- Just come on! You'll suffocate down there!" William lifted Basil onto the brick he was on, taking a step back and almost slipping off.
