Today I started with just over 800k gold after Feeding all the pets which was about 1100 gold I collected the Advent Calendar Item. I went to purchase new equipment for a pet and found I didn't have enough even though it only cost 10k. That is because most of the gold disappeared I now only have 3k. That would be a very serious bug that needs to be fixed

There shouldn't be anything in the game where gold just disappears. We've used the same structure for many years now and nothing has changed recently and I have never encountered a situation where gold just poofs. So at this point I'd pretty much have to rule it a statistical impossibility.

All spent Gold is also tracked in the Database. It should not be possible for Gold to be deducted from an account w/o it being marked somewhere in the Database first.

Looking through some logs, I see that you spent 788,190 Gold on 11/26 on purchasing Diamonds via the Currency Exchange. Is it possible that when you saw that you had 800k Gold it was just from an old page that you had previous loaded prior to buying those Diamonds?

I also see that you spent about over 90,000 Gold today via the Trade Broker.

I had spent a bit on diamonds that day, however I ended up selling a Legendary Quality pet for 800k afterward. I had maintained a large quantity, knowing I might need it later. The only thing I can say is I had somewhere around 800k when I first logged in today, I fed all the pets then did the advent calendar, received the 3 XP orbs and used the orbs. I then went to buy some new equipment as one pet had leveled to 50 and all of the gold had disappeared.

Alright. Well. As I have done in the few similar incidents that have popped up previously over the years, I can't prove what gold values you had at certain times because that wasn't tracked. I will just go ahead and add 800k Gold to your account. Usually issues like this that have popped up, they are small amounts like 5-10k or so so I just go ahead and return it lol. However, 800k is a lot and is why I have been hesitant and trying to carefully look at everything.

However, in lieu of this, I have added a new tracking system that now tracks a player's daily gold amount. This will allow me to easily look at the value of gold a player had at midnight of a day and what they have spent/earned throughout that specific day to make sure everything adds up.
