I have a user that won three pets in one of my auctions but refuse to pick them up. I have held them 10 days and left messages and I've noticed her account she has been online less than 3 hours ago....can I sell them/release them cause I don't have the room to hold them.

At that point, you're free to do what you want with the pets. They failed to claim them so they lose that option.
Additionally, please send Faiona a PM with the auction thread and the user in question - as it is against our rules to bid on an auction and not claim if you win.
