We have Viridian Meadows, Umbra Forest, Astryls Vale - but what about the other seven zones? Will they open when Sylestia is finally pulled out of Beta?

They'll probably be progressively released. Astyrl's Vale when it came out was slowly expanded on. The best example I can think of would be how World of Warcraft expands their content, this way there's something new to look forward to for longer.
