I know you use them on the forums and I know I have none; what i'm asking is, how the heck do I get one? I'm seeing all these fancy, cute titles and I'm just dying knowing that I don't have one .w.

So yeah

Exploring and participating in festivals/event...

Only available for each season during a limited time. Krin will announce when it starts ;) You will get ping a lot during that time.

And also they just to look fancy xD
