How do you make those clickable images as i cant figure out how to make them?

Ok got a bit confusing so do you know how to just make images.

alrighty then:
so let's take my beloved Arti as an example, i right-clicked on his image to copy his image address (might be different on other browsers since i use chrome)
his image address: https://www.sylestia.com/image_builder_pet.php?species=zolnixi&breed=sylesti&gender=male&gd1=FF&gd2=NN&gd3=NN&md1=NN&md2=CC&md3=NN&ec=5FC4D5&c1=94C590&c2=5FD0C0&c3=51A7F9&gd1c=8430A2&gd2c=62E61B&gd3c=34D592&md1c=24CF16&md2c=5864DB&md3c=E8C3AC&ac=70D69D&ac2=4A16E0&maturity=216&costume=0&size=250&owned=1
now, select/highlight the image address then click the 'img' button while selecting the image address text at the right hand corner of your writing space
when previewed/posted, it will look like this:
i couldn't provide screenshots, i hope this made sense :P
