Ping List: Glitterthesylveon, Shayni, Dracontamer, Hawkeye

The building was rather large, the large hole in the ceiling helped all the more to make it seem that way. Sure it had let who knows how many years worth of water and dirt in to the point that the floor underneath was suffering greatly. That could be fixed though...hopefully. Sighing the man shouldered the heavy pack before heading further into the library looking place. This was the place he had picked, it was old and over looked but most of it had a roof over it. Here there were no rules, no peering eyes to see the abilities they hated so much. Sure he wasn't truly able use his own abilities here, or any where really but it was the point and thought that counted. He made his way up the stairs before setting the bag aside. Gosh this place was a mess! Books littered the floor along with shards of glass and splinters of wood. He had so much cleaning to do...maybe a few extra hands would help. Well the letters had been sent so anyone like him should show right? For now though he was alone. Well he could change that. His hands grew dark, wisps flowing from his finger tips. There were plenty of shadows here to work with, plenty of copies to help clean. There were a total of nearly a dozen copies who set to work cleaning a mending the wounds and scars left in the buildings woodwork. It took a good amount of concentration to get the shadow forms all working in unison though once he got it he was able to sit back and actually rest for once in a long while. He had been on the run for so long, to finally have a safe place to actually sleep. Maybe the others would show up soon...that was if the messages even got to them in the first place. Yawning Myles lay his head down on his bag, closing his eyes even as the shadows cleaned about him.

Teresa brushed strands of her blonde hair out of her face as she worked, smudging a small stain on her face. She sighed, her hands on her hips as she looked over the new additions to her latest suit. A voice piped up beside her.

"I predict the adjustments you have created will increase the speed you can fly at." AIRA, or Artificial Intelligence Resource Assistant.

"What I was hoping for." She said, sliding her glasses on and quickly typing something onto the screen projected in front of her. "City's been quiet lately. Hmm..."

The robotic female voice started up again. "Hoping for an opportunity to test the new technology out, Miss Stark?"

"Maybe," She said with a smirk and a careless shrug.

______

Jake walked through the streets of the bustling city, his grey brown eyes wandering and glancing from person to person. He was hoping for some excitement and didn't seem to care at this point that the word usually went with danger.

He wore his suit under his clothes, and could fly if he needed to, but it was getting awfully hot as well. Oh well, he just needed to deal with it.

Styrke wiped the sweat off his face as he ran flicking it off onto the ground. He glanced down at the tracking system that flashed up on the screen and skidded to a halt and almost crashing into the door of a very old building. I should check more often I guess.

"Here's where the signal came from. Be on guard and don't let anything eat you." Shuri piped jokingly through the com. "Or I'll have to send the Dora Milaje to kill the monster that eats you."

"Not very helpful." He replied, tensing up and slowly opening the door as his suit flickered to life. "You sure there was a signal here? It seems pretty empty to me."

Shuri snapped back "Of course I'm sure, my technology is never wrong. And besides the magic could hide itself from you or other people."

"Sure," He said back the sarcasm oozing through the air. "What about the time when.."

He never finished his sentence because he noticed a bunch of shadowy people working and cleaning up the place.

Kascos strolled around the corner of the street, keeping a lookout for anything strange. He was searching for a sign of magic in the area after sensing something strange earlier. And besides he was bored a tad bit of danger was fun every once and a while.

Why does it have to be so hot today. The one day something weird happens the temperature goes up about one-hundred degrees. Why me?! Why today?!
