What Proficiency Points should I put on my level 69 pets?

Hi Cora! ^^
There are so many ways to do this, but here's what I would do:
First, I would replace all the disciple gear and get new equipment from the broker! Lvl 60 equipment of the right type is much better than lvl 65 of a less useful type.
So for your central pet (shadow), I would get as much reaver equipment as possible!
Then I would go for 3 agility, 1 health, and all the future points in intelligence.
For the two side pets (light & fire), I would first switch for all Pyromancer equipment!
Then I would go 3 intelligence and all the rest of the points in dexterity.

Have you been tackling the lost grove yet? It can be quite a hurdle at first, but gets easier over time. Sticking to the top sections at the beginning also helps! :)

Can you refer some cheaper equipment. I do not have that type of money.
