How do you Nurture someone elses hatchery without adding them as a friend? Like if someone asks me to Nurture there hatchery?

You can go to their hatchery (link from their player profile), click on the pet to nurture them, and click next hatchery pet, and repeat until you've nurtured them all.

And some people put a direct link to their hatchery or events pets themselves and also are a thread that Krin put when I wasn't even on the site. And the purpose is to help nurture pets
