does it matter which armor and relics you use? if it does what wold i use for light and fire attuned sylesties?

Yes it really does, relics especially, as that's where the bulk of a pet's damage output comes from.

just copypasting from a recent place we put these:

Water and Earth Tanks want Assassin (Str/Agi) equips

Shadow Tanks and Light Healers use Illusionist (Int/Agi)

Light Healers and Fire Attackers want Evoker (Int/Dex)

Air Attackers should have Myrmidon (Str/Dex)

(Light Healers are there twice because either is fine though most people lean toward using more Evoker gear on them)
