This is more or less a no brainer question but I just wanted to ask to be sure...when I use breeding generator preview with pets that I have not genetically tested, will it still show me potential offspring that express genes/mutations if they should?

Basically, if I don't genetically test my pets, the genes/mutations are still there, I just don't know what they have right? Or do such traits not exist until they're tested? Seems like a no-brainer question but just wanted to be sure. Thanks!

If you test breed a pair that has showing genes or mutations and they'd produce visible showing offspring then it will show it in breeding generator. If they have hidden genes/mutations that they are carrying and they are not genetic tested then it will not show up on the breeding preview.

If they're carrying hidden genes/mutations, they can still show up in actual offspring though right?

And thanks for replying!
