Wasted around 800 to heal my pets only to find they weren't healed after I started the battle which was with a ton of undead so now they are unconscious which will cost me even more to heal. And I spent the items I just brought which is even more of a loss. The items I used were elixirs 7 - 3 standard and 4 lesser as well as a weak revival draught. Gold is hard to come by or at least everything is expensive so this is a big set back.

I can't be sure I would have won - but my pets started pretty low health and I almost made it through - but regardless it still is a big setback.

I am very sorry for this inconvenience. I have gone through some code and attempted to fix what I think the source of this problem is.

In the future, after using the healer, I would just double check your pets were actually healed. This can most easily be done by refreshing the page at the healer. If the cost is 0 gold or she says your pets are fully healed - then all is good. If she is still asking for gold, then something went wrong.

I will also reimburse your account with a few thousand gold for costs incurred.

Thanks for the credit. And I will make sure to double check next time - normally it wouldn't have been a big deal either but just the timing was bad since I was healing for a big battle. Hopefully whatever you did fixed it though and thanks again.
